Обновил винду - получил ошибку
Invoke-WebRequest : The response content cannot be parsed because the Internet Explorer engine is not
available, or Internet Explorer's first-launch configuration is not complete. Specify the UseBasicParsing parameter and try again.

Чинится просто - пуск - выполнить - iexplore - use recommend settings

Типичный микрософт. Чинить это лучше принудительным UseBasicParsing, чем как ты пишешь, потому что в 99% случаев тебе нужен curl, а не запуск движка IE.

За что автор курла плевался ядом в микрософт, что еще раз показывает, что корпорация зла ничем лучше за годы не стала.
